ITSM Delivery Manager - Agile - 4 office days, 1 WFH a week

MUST HAVE -

* In depth ITIL / ITSM Knowledge, specifically around Incident, Problem Management

* Delivery experience via Agile and be able to run Scrums

IDEALLY HAVE -

* Working experience in Digital / B2C / FMCG / Retail / hospitality / ecommerce businesses

Leading an Agile project working alongside the the Product Owner on a Digital Transformation ITSM implementation of ServiceNow for Dashboarding and Monitoring.

Prerequisites will be excellent internal and external stakeholder management, working well in a dynamic team environment and with a self starting delivery focus.
