Field based role: Including Bristol, Bath and Taunton - Candidates can be based anywhere in those regions (company vehicle provided)

£10 per hour - LTD or Umbrella company

Are you a recent graduate in a building services or construction related subject? Are you looking for an entry level position that can give you vital industry experience? My client are a leading ventilation products company. They are seeking a Junior/Graduate surveyor to Schedule and complete surveys to their domestic and commercial customer base.

The successful candidate will either be a recent graduate seeking their first industry role or someone with a small amount of relevant experience looking to expand their experience and knowledge. They will also be over 21 years old and have at least one year's driving experience due to insurance restrictions associated with the company vehicle provided. As well as this they will also be located close to or in either Bath, Bristol and Taunton and be comfortable with working across all three.

The role:

·Scheduling surveys with homeowners and tenants

·Completing surveys (full training provided)

·Providing recommendations for the most appropriate solution

The person:

·Recent graduate in a construction/Building services related subject or relevant work experience

·Full driving license, minimum one year's driving experience and over the age of 21 (for insurance purposes) - company vehicle provided

·Based in one of the three associated areas
