Global ECommerce business is seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to lead and mentor a web development team taking the lead in technology activity as well as communicate effectively with the business.

You will work with the digital marketing team to implement new features and enhancements to the web portals. Working cross functionally to ensure non-functional requirements are met; including scalability, resilience, security, performance and operations. Build a high-performing core web engineering team, providing coaching and mentoring Provide guidance in the Implementation of Leading Ecommerce Market Trends. Producing conceptual design documents and detailed specifications for large-scale and complex projects.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in web-based software development using Industry leading MS technologies. You will have a proven track record of building and managing web development teams. Previous experience of working in an e-Commerce development team for a leading online business preferred.
