SCCM Administration - SC Cleared

*SCCM administration, with a focus on Managed Desktop Deployment

*MDT administration for build and capture of OS deployment images

*Support of Windows 7 , 8.1 and 10 Managed Desktop solutions

*BAU support of SCCM / MDT - Troubleshoot and own incidents, problems and issues as they arise

*Perform detailed root cause analysis as necessary

*Transition of Managed Desktop solutions into BAU Support, including training handovers supported by quick guides and customer focused documentation

*Group Policy design and troubleshooting

*Providing third level escalation support within SCC for SCCM queries

*Proactive SCCM maintenance and health checks for all customer bases

*Creation and maintenance of all SCCM related documents

*Excellent customer service and organisation skills

*General technical awareness of hardware and software desktop environments and corporate structures
