Service Delivery Manager - London - £65k

My client is a leading nationwide retailer that is at the bleeding edge of digital engagement building a state-of-the-art digital home. This is an opportunity to join small close knit team working that "gets things done" working on large projects with huge financial backing.

In the role of a Service Delivery Manager you will manage both internal and external clients with responsibilities including ensuring deliverable/integrity of service and ensuring SDP is created for all new projects

Specialist Skills & Requirements

*Extensive Service Management expertise within a large Digital/Ecommerce business

*Certified in methodologies such as ITIL, Six Sigma,

*Highly competent at managing relationship with internal clients

*Implementing an agile methodology and working closely with engineers on project delivery

*To lead the project management discipline and team and to continually develop and improve the project processes and documentation to ensure they fit the evolving business needs.

Salary upto £65k + Excellent Benefits
