Business Development Manager - UCC

65k Base, 130k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Due to continued growth across our client is now looking for an experienced new business development manager.

We would expect the candidate to have experience in the following:

*Execute an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets

*Identify, grow and nurture major sales opportunities, schedule and attend appointments with prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop your sales pipeline

*Spend approximately 1-2 days per week in our client's Uxbridge office.

In addition you will have:

*Possess 4-5+ years' experience in a client facing, corporate sales role where the emphasis was on unified communications, video conferencing / AV, hosted telephony or cloud based solutions

*Sell at senior levels, understand buying criteria and possess the communication and presentation skills to liaise and influence at board level

*Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility

*Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire to succeed
