A successful international software and hosted solution provider is looking for a great Software Implementation Consultant with project co-ordination or project management skills, to join its expanding team based in Hungerford. This is a great opportunity for Consultants with a strong customer service background and experience of project managing or project co-ordination to take the next step of their career in a varied and rewarding role. Liaising with clients via phone and email.Working with customer data to build data models.Leading tasks and projects.Providing bespoke training to customers and second line technical escalations.Identifying project risks and ensuring smooth transition post implementation.
To be a successful Software Implementation Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:
Quick to learn and able to understand new systems and technologies quickly.Great interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with colleagues and clients.Project co-ordination or project management skills.Previous project management and / or project co-ordination experience - identifying risks, resource estimation, status reporting.Full driving licence and use of a car (mileage allowance will be paid). In return, the Software Implementation Consultant will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus generous benefits including pension, generous holiday allowance, health and life insurance, income protection, childcare and cycle schemes, free breakfast.
