Technical Support Specialist, 50K, London
We are looking to hire an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to provide 2nd/3rd line support to our internal team based out of Central London.
Your resonsbilities will include;
- Resolving incidents within SLA
- Provide support to the architecture team
- Assist with business continuity plans when required
- Be an escalation point for 1st/2nd line teams.
What we are looking for:
- Experience managing and maintaing infrastructure environments with exposure to Vmware, Windows Server, Office 365.
- Experience managing SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Sharepoint is desirable
