Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator-Cambridge
The client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. The objective is to support, maintain and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online. You'll serve our internal customers (employees), by fixing and fulfilling their tickets.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
* Fix and fulfil tickets via Service Now, raised by internal customers (employees), for Microsoft Dynamics
* Troubleshoot and fix errors between Microsoft Dynamics and other applications
* Be a key contact in the implementation of new functionality/applications with Microsoft Dynamics
* Manage, support and test of upgrades and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics's different environments
* Train users on best practice on how to use the CRM
* Administration on Oracle CPQ
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator
* Expert in the CRM for Service process: case management; routing rules; automatic record creation and update rules; service level agreements; queues and portals
* Troubleshooting for error logs between Dynamics and other applications
* Microsoft Dynamics Administrator certified
* API integration experience, syncing Microsoft Dynamics to other applications
* Customer Service experience
