A Senior Software Implementation Project Manager is required for a Global Procure Tech Software Firm to deliver EMEA-wide Enterprise Software solutions into FTSE100 / Blue-Chip Clients around the EMEA region. The role requires client-facing experience of delivery of complex software projects and offers exceptional client range and size.

Location: London, Aldgate

Salary: £60000 - £70000 + bonus + pension + health + season ticket

The Senior Software Implementation Project Manager will work with the very pinnacle of house-hold name brands to understand and provide milestone deliverables for the implementation of procurement-tech solutions to corporate client's relevant territories.

Your Senior Software Implementation Project Manager role will sit across the whole of EMEA, and will focus on owning the full client project engagement, eliciting requirements from the first kick-off meeting alongside a project team of 6 or 7 consultants and internal developers. Most current Project Managers in the team follow a Prince 2 structure, but you'll fundamentally be able to deliver technology projects in a client-facing capacity in a structured way without having to have a highly structured environment.

Projects will centre around a mix of software-based messaging and FTP/SFTP EDI solutions, you'll not need to have delivered in this specific area before, but a strong head for technology, especially in transactional / financial systems is a plus.

Essentials:

A Mid or Senior Software Implementation Project Manager within a Saas or software product environment

Exceptional Client-Facing Ability and track record in client-facing roles

Understanding of how a technology solution can be worked into Blue-Chip Business environments

Ability to structure projects in an unstructured environment - you’ll likely be Prince2 certified, with some Agile exposure

French, German or Spanish fluency is highly advantageous

As a Senior Software Implementation Project Manager, this will gain you even greater breadth with multiple Blue-Chip client engagements with an exceptional Consultancy. While you're expected to work hard, you're not on-site too heavily, so can gain valuable Blue-Chip client exposure without heavy travel requirements (although you may travel as you see fit with each client). There is also opportunity to manage your workload from home to a degree.
