Support Engineer (DevOps Docker Linux Kubernetes PostgreSQL MySQL). Established digital identification software house is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to deploy and maintain the server software and systems that power the company. You will be actively interested in learning about technology and continuously developing your skills, keeping up to date with the latest developments.

As a Support Engineer you will support a highly robust and scalable API using micro-service infrastructure utilising a range of modern technologies (including Docker, Kubernetes, Node and Go). You will be responsible for building and deploying Docker containers, developing tools that manage the continuous delivery process and dealing with problems reported by colleagues or escalating them to relevant teams.

With offices based in central London, this is a collaborative and highly technical environment where you can enjoy five fully paid "selfie days" and a large chill out area with table tennis and a football table.

Requirements:

*Strong experience of working as a DevOps Engineer within a software house

*Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

*Good knowledge of Linux

*Database knowledge (ideally PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL)

*Able to programme using Java or any other OO language

*Familiar with AWS (or other cloud platform)

*Excellent communication skills
