The Job:
Role - UX Analyst
Location - Warwickshire
Contract Length - 3 Months
Job Details:
As UX Analyst you will play a fundamental role in informing our optimisation and development workstreams by actively investigating user flows and interactions to highlight key areas for improvement. You will combine qualitative and quantitative data to build a holistic view of our online UX, mapping user flows and generating actionable insight.
Responsibilities:
You should be able to demonstrate…
* An analytical approach to understanding our online shoppers by using the digital analytics platforms to deep-dive in to the numbers and discover areas for improvement
* Strong understanding of retail ecommerce UX - journey mapping, purchase funnel analysis, heat mapping and usability study analysis
* Measuring and reporting on MVT/AB testing results
* Ability to identify both quick wins and long term enhancements using qual & quant data
* Website performance tracking with a strong focus on site speed and journey completion rates
* Building a holistic view of the customer to directly inform our improvements workstreams
* Reporting back to the wider teams on any discoveries, suggested improvements and results
Skills:
* Extensive experience in Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and Google Analytics
* Strong ability to analyse AB/MVT test data
* Experience in setting up UI tracking and/or tagging - Tag manager experience is preferred but not essential
* Experience in journey mapping
* Excellent reporting skills and ability to translate insight in to action
Additional information:
This is a 3 Month contract with a strong likelihood to further extend. My client is an award winning organisation.
