Management Accountant - £40k - Finance - NAV 2016

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing team, the company specialise in retail and have been established within the market for a number of years. My client are looking for the next motivated individual to hit the team and show their skills.

This role offers a level of autonomy where you'll be responsible for managing 'Back Office' operations and financial processes to ensure everything is ran smoothly. Along with managing existing processes, this role will offer the opportunity to design and implement new improvements. The right candidate will have:

* Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV.

* Excellent communication and analytical skills

* Finance experience essential (AAT/CIMA)

* Strong character

* Manufacturing experience preferred
