1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst

Kensington, London (with some travel to other London offices)

£22,000 - £24,000 Plus Pension, Private Healthcare & Dental

Our client is a first-class tourism company that provides high-quality tours throughout London, as well as fantastic days out to some of the UK’s best locations. They are now looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide first line support to staff.

As a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will:

- Primarily focus on troubleshooting and supporting back-office software applications and systems

- Troubleshoot issues and communicate with employees in a friendly, professional manner

- Maintain all user access, permissions and quotas

- Monitor disk usage on servers including Windows, MS Exchange, shared drives and folder redirection servers

- Manage email accounts, including MS Exchange user, shared and resource mailboxes and mail forwarding within the Exchange environment

- Liaise with ISPs and other IT vendors

Interested? To be considered, you will need experience of working in a 1st and/or 2nd line support role.
