Telecoms Contact Centre Manager / Director

£60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits - 26 days holidays, 7% matched pension, share scheme.

Locations:- Milton Keynes or Coventry

We are seeking a Telecoms Contact Centre Manager to join a leading financial services company that are currently going through a significant period of growth. As the Telecoms Contact Centre Manager you will be required to understand and have previous experience managing a Telecoms Contact Centre Manager while providing service management to key business clients.

As the Telecoms Contact Centre Manager would will be required to manage a team of 5 engineers that provide Avaya call centre support.

The successful Telecoms Contact Centre Manager you will possess the following skills and experiences:-

*Provides tactical direction to support the strategy and the growth of future technology and multiple highly complex telecommunications and contact centre applications located in high availability dual data centres.

*Leads a team that is responsible for accurately monitoring and completing the daily on-call activities while addressing any issues that may occur including problem management, escalation, and reporting of such issues.

*Excellent stakeholder management.

*Previous management of communication / telecoms engineers.

*Service Management - SLA's, etc.
