Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

My client is recruiting for a permanent full time intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team at this exciting time of growth. You will be joining a consultancy who truly prioritise training and progressing their Quantity Surveyors in order to help you to achieve your career goals. You will be working alongside a Senior Surveyor/ Quantity Surveying Director, the successful candidate will take on both pre and post contact duties on a range of retail schemes across the UK and Europe, gaining the opportunity to work with a number of 'Blue Chip' retail clients. You will be required to travel in and around London to client's site as and when required, your base will be the London office.

Essential Requirements:

* Quantity Surveyor - working towards or already degree qualified

* Minimum 4 years' experience

* Willing to work in a small organisation

* Experience of working on projects £5k to £3million in value

* Willing to travel across the UK and potentially Europe

Desired Requirements:

* Ability and experience in managing fast-track projects

* Previous retail experience

* Experience of client facing work

* Experience of running multiple projects without supervision
