I am recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator to work for a market leading global engineering support services organisation and co-ordinate the operational input required to respond to customer demands.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with Demand and Customer Management Teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Operational Management and the Procurement Department to gather sufficient information to accurately estimate the work required, provide a formal response and price back to the customer.

Key Accountabilities:

* Delivering company communications

* Building strong relationships with Operational Management, SMEs, I&RM, planning and commercial contacts to achieve an efficient response process

* Tracking of CCN responses and status in the process

* Template / standard responses for low complexity or repetitive CCNs

* Ensuring safety standards and PPE requirements are being followed

* To coordinate the operational response element to complete CCN returns

* To gather information from across various departments and roles to be able to complete response

* To chase data/information/input from required individuals to give completed response within required response time

* To raise concerns up the chain of command (e.g. unable to gain timely responses from SMEs, lack of resource to assist, delays to completion)

* To confirm details of response with Commercial and manage any follow up queries

* To attend weekly CCN review call and provide updates for each as required

* Travelling to multiple sites as required

* To assist in new business (tender writing support, negotiations, advice/guidance)

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Good general level of education, numerate and able to communicate well at all levels, both verbally and through formal written correspondence.

* Good organisational/administration skills.

* Computer literate, with a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is essential.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copy editing experience, grammar, style, spelling, and punctuation, and accurate proofreading skills.

* Flexible and open to changing priorities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within compressed timeframes.

* Creative, with a proven ability to take an initiative from concept, through development and, into implementation.

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, within a dynamic team environment.

* Full driving licence required
