Digital Business Analyst

£34,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience

Join an organisation where you will be responsible for accurately analysing, capturing and qualifying business requirements to successfully shape and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the company. You will be working closely with stakeholders to identify and assess options for both technical and business suitability, ensuring solutions provide the highest benefit.

Key Technical Skills and Experience:

* Business analysis experience including workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation

* Understanding and experience of core business analysis techniques

* Experience of business process modelling

* Good understanding of both agile and waterfall methodology, with hands-on experience

* Ability to define and adapt the business analysis approach to meet the business need

* Experience of end-to-end project delivery within a technology environment

* Good understanding of software development and software as a service (SaaS)

Key Behaviours and Competencies:

* Applies Business Analysis experience to assist in shaping and delivering solutions. Has a good understanding of what the charity is trying to achieve and understands the impact that the Business Design team makes in contributing to those objectives.

* Manages and delivers own day-to-day workload and priorities with minimal guidance and supervision, setting own high professional standards and showing an awareness of impact beyond own team and Technology & Change department.

* Communicates concisely and clearly with colleagues and customers, guiding and enabling them to understand other points of view. Places strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration.

* Applies initiative to continuously improve processes and is confident in making recommendations. Takes responsibility to implement agreed changes, learns from mistakes and actively seeks opportunities to put learning to good use. Ability to face challenges with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to solve a range of straightforward problems only seeking direction, guidance and support of colleagues in more tricky situations.
