This leading digital interface agency based in the heart of Shoreditch, London, specialises in user experience, design and front-end development, producing world class digital user interfaces for their clients. They help their clients with digital business planning and strategy, UX and UI, marketing, advertising and understanding data.

They are currently seeking a brave and fearless project manager to help grow their clients' businesses by delivering beautiful and innovative digital products and platforms.

Their teams develop long term relations with great clients based on pragmatic and measurable advice that drives growth and innovation. You will nurture these relations with great interpersonal skills, creative flair, a straight talking and proactive approach, and a sharp commercial focus for their business.

You will be required to manage multiple projects and project teams, the project P&L, and ensure the team use their project management processes and tools.

As an inquisitive and creative project manager, to support their internal R&D, they encourage your suggestions, ideas and innovations for developing commercial products that help their clients grow and improve internal processes.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of proven digital agency experience

- Demonstrate experience managing multiple large and complex projects

- Demonstrate experience and understanding of agile project management, UX, UI and digital design

- Advantageous to have and demonstrate experience in e-commerce with live examples

- Strong methodology in producing project documentation including proposals and S.O.W's

- Commercial focus

- Confident client facing and workshopping

- Loves collaboration with internal team, external partners, and a wide range of clients

Responsibilities:

- Ensure projects come in on time and budget

- Manage project P&L and management reporting

- Scoping projects, writing proposals and creating costings

- Present pitches and ideas to clients, as well as deliver client project meetings, day to day communications and reporting

- Lead project teams and third-party suppliers from discovery through to the delivery

- Help Head of Delivery with forecasting projections and planning

- Ensure effective use of project management and time keeping tools for all your project team members

- Work with office management team and finance team for project set up/close down, reporting, and invoicing

- Hold Project de-briefs with the team, to help the team develop and grow

- Work with studio manager to ensure required resource is booked on a weekly basis

- Experience of using Harvest and Basecamp is advantageous
