The following skills and experience are required:
* 2-3 years' work experience of working with Scrum and Kanban
* Good knowledge of Agile Technical practices; TDD, Continuous Integration and Delivery, Pair Programming, etc
* Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development and incremental delivery
* Demonstrated ability to write high quality user stories and to drive to a satisfactory MVP
* Demonstrable experience of backlog prioritisation
* Some experience of Java Virtual Machine based environment: Java
* Some front End experience: JavaScript, CSS 3, HTML 5 - common libraries like React, Node etc
* Excellent communication skills, good verbal and written communication
