I am actively recruiting on behalf of a leading Dynamics AX/ 365 solution provider as they search for a Team Leader/ Support Manager to join their Dynamics 365 division and help manage the support function. The successful candidate will have a hands on, key role in the leadership of a talented, enthusiastic support team - ensuring best practice is followed and that the best customer service is delivered.

My client's office are based in Oxfordshire, and the role offers a basic salary up to £60,000 plus a host of great benefits.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

- Resource Management - Monitoring Support Call Updates/ Progress; POC for technical escalation; performing relevant staff reviews

- Support management strategy - contribute/ implement new plans to help take support team forward

- Internal/ External Communication - Attend staff meetings; act as escalation point surrounding Support services; monitoring support call progress/ escalation to higher level consultants in Problem Management and Product Teams; maintaining a positive team culture; ensure required scheduled report updates are sent to customers.

- Other day to day duties - Resolving Support Calls; Mentoring Support Department Desk Consultants; Contribute to the development of the Support department

You will work closely with Head of Support to ensure that the department is working within and to exceed company SLA, KPI and QMS guidelines. This is a great role for a candidate looking to step up into support team leadership from a senior support role, or perhaps a candidate working in AX support management with an end user, looking to practice their trade in the fast paced AX partner channel!

Suitable candidates will be able to offer:

- Experience in Senior AX Support/ Dynamics 365 Support/ Support Management

- Good knowledge of Dynamics AX/ 365 (ideally Dynamics AX certifications)

- IT related academic record

- Confident, personable communication skills - both written and verbal
