Senior Full Stack Developer

My client have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to become a key member of their rapidly expanding in-house development team.

They are looking for a developer to hit the ground running and be involved in the maintenence, architecture and integration of their complex custom-built business systems.

Their current technology stack they are using is: PHP5, Nginx, Memcached, jQuery, MySQL. All running on an Openstack clusters.

Your role will be extremely varied and will range from writing clean code for the systems, through to integrating test driven development in software testing.

To be required for this role you must have the following:

- Expert knowledge of writing beautiful code in one of our core technologies

- A real passion for software engineering and the ability to architect robust and scalable solutions

- You understand that maintenance - bug fixing, addressing technical debt, refactoring, increasing automated test coverage - are as important as writing new code

- Extensive PHP knowledge and experience

- OO PHP experience

- Javascript, jQuery, AJAX

- Twig

- SOAP

- RESTful API experience

For this role, my client are offering a salary between £45-50k DOE along with flexible working hours and a fantastic benefits package.
