Role

A system analyst is sought after by a team to develop, support , and maintain systems for the establishment. The role would also involve a small percentage of time working with space modelling that will involve making recommendations to maximise space utilisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a system analyst to make the role their own and to work on some exciting new projects.

Responsibilities

As a system analyst your responsibilities include the below:

* Maintain, monitor, update, and troubleshoot any problems occurred with the business's system (Archibus)

* Provide specialist support and advise to system users

* Develop and expand the use of Archibus

* Liaise with Mass (Supplier and handler of Archibus)

* Manipulate and analyse large volumes of data. Presenting data in order for crucial decisions to be made

* Analyse and evaluate space requirements, recommending any space utilisation

* Working closely with the project group to understand requirements

* Chase departments for key information that feeds into the systems

* Verify, identify & correct discrepancies

Requirements

* Archibus or MS Access, relational database and producing reports using MS Access

* Managed, understand, and presented mass data

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Strong people skills, ability to work and engage with any stakeholder at any level. Communicating effectively in a non-technical way

* Experience with space management/ space modelling in order to improve space utilisation (Bonus)

* AutoCAD (Bonus)
