2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Windows 10

Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £120-130/day(inside of IR35) based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Windows 10 upgrade/deployment to approx. 10,000 users.

* Provision of 1st/2nd line Technical IT Support to users.

* Monitor deployment and rebuild failed upgrades.

* SCCM administration/utilisation.

* Customer handover/floor-walking.

* Software installs.

* PowerShell utilisation.

* Documenting of guidance and known fixes.

* Work closely with colleagues, internal and external suppliers.

* Report to line manager on project progress, highlighting any significant issues.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years 2nd Line IT Support experience.

* Windows 10 experience.

* Experience with SCCM 2012/2016.

* PXE Boot experience.

* Active Directory experience.

* Experience with Microsoft Office 2016.

* Knowledge of User Experience Virtualisation.

* Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with PowerShell.

* MCP Accredited.

* ITIL qualified.

* Experience in the use of service desk applications such as Axios Assyst.
