Technical Sales Engineer (Engineering / Manufacturing)

£30,000 - £40,000 + car + pension + 25 days holiday

Are you a Sales Engineer from an engineering background, looking to step up into an international sales position, dealing directly with global blue chip companies that have forged strong business links with this reputable, market leading manufacturer?

This is a rare opportunity to travel and work with global companies in China, South America, Europe and the USA. Full training on the export sales process is provided by industry experts.

This is the chance to work for a well-established industry leader that export its products to over 50 countries worldwide. They are part of one of the UK's largest engineering groups.

In this role you will play a crucial role in the sales process from start to finish; dealing directly with long held blue chip clients. This position is mixture of business development and account management.

This position would suit a Sales Engineer from a manufacturing or engineering background, looking for technical progression through specialist training, including the export sales process. You will be looking for a position in which you will have the opportunity to deal with clients in European and non-European countries.

The role:

· Develop and deliver an annual sales plan

· Personally lead negotiations with blue chip clients

· Manage overseas partners to support their efforts and success in developing key markets.
