Data Analyst (FinTech)

A growing FinTech based near Waterloo station are looking for 3 Data Analysts to join their teams. Due to recent growth these Data Analysts will be key in mapping out data to integrate with other financial services packages across the world.

As an established business who have seen a recent spike in revenue due to their new SaaS product they are already very successful across the UK and US with further plans to grow in these regions and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

* Analysing and mapping out the data in each financial package they integrate with (through API's, a database, hooking in to a cloud package etc.)

* Looking at data and putting together requirements for the technical teams

* Responsible for data quality testing - pushing data sets through the code and analysing results

* Data processing

* Reverse engineering

* Working with other Data Analysts to achieve successful delivery of accurate, high-performance connectors.

* Supporting and maintaining existing connectors.

* Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

* Supporting and educating the agile team on correct adoption of agile practices

Key skills:

* Good knowledge of databases - SQL or similar, delving into databases

* Data quality

* Attention to detail

* Data reporting

* Strong communication

* Documentation

Desirable skills:

* Financial services experience or working with Financial packages including accounting packages

* Working with web services such as REST/SOAP

* A degree in STEM subject (Software or Data would be nice to have)

* Working in a SaaS product environment
