I am working for a large software development company who are looking to hire an iOS Developer to work on a number of new projects recently secured by the business. The successful candidate will be working within a strong team of like-minded individuals creating new applications to meet business requirements. The role is based just outside Newcastle city centre and is easily accessed by main roads and transport links.

Skills needed

* 2+ years commercial iOS development experience.

* Good understanding of the various frameworks within iOS development.

* Understanding of iOS design patterns and application architectures.

* Building UI using storyboards and auto-layout.

* Familiarity with network protocols / iOS network APIs / RESTful APIs.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* OOP.

Desirable Skills

* iOS:

* Objective C

* RxSwift

* Experience with iOS animation/custom UI elements

* Experience publishing and maintaining iOS apps in iTunes store

* Git

* Continuous integration, e.g. Jenkins.

* Experience working in an Agile team
