Digital Producer - The Role

You will be part of the team that oversees our communication through web, email, and social media. Specifically you will be part of our new Digital Experience unit, created to deliver on our brand, campaign, and fundraising objectives.

Your remit will be to advance and maintain an exceptional user experience and journey as well as the expression of our digital brand. You will be heavily involved in producing flagship web products and managing digital projects in areas like advocacy and financial fulfilment too. You work will also include day-to-day front-end delivery, SEO tactics, UX testing, staff CMS training, and ensuring journeys are integrated across all channels.

This is an outstanding opportunity to progress your expertise as UX specialist and will give you the ideal platform to build a portfolio with a variety of different elements including form functionality, button styles and layouts.

Digital Producer - Requirements

You must have well developed digital project management skills as well as the ability to coordinate and manage a variety of projects simultaneously in a multi-stakeholder environment. You will also be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the use of digital channels for marketing communications or fundraising.

You will have experience of developing functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience as well as knowledge of UX development and web production for both financial user journeys and e-actions. Familiar with design thinking and working to web standards you will possess an excellent understanding of SEO, A/B testing, accessibility and usability. You will have a good working knowledge of mainstream CMS’ (particularly Drupal), HTML and CSS and Javascript too.

Your technical expertise will be complemented by the ability to work at pace under pressure, and the flexibility to meet strict deadlines with a creative and flexible approach to all challenges. You will also possess strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
