Project Manager - Reading - Residential

A major residential developer are looking for an experienced project manager to be the No 1 on a large regeneration project in Reading that comprises of 200+ residential units. The project is a flagship scheme in Reading and comprises both new homes, affordable homes and low rise apartments. My client are paying a very competitive salary of up to £80k basic plus a £5k car allowance plus benefits. You will be joining a company with an incredibly strong project pipeline in the region and a notoriously low staff turnover - which is due to their ability to win local projects in the south.

Experience Required:

The project involves a mixture of timber and RC frame. RC frame experience is a must, and it would be preferential to have a mixture of both. Aside from this a strong project history working on residential projects, preferably for another house builder is necessary.
