My client based in Edinburgh has a requirement for a Systems Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised client on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Skills & Background

* This role will require the candidate to process and administrate service requests from across the Global Group.

* Administration of Active Directory, Mainframe/RACF, NTFS File System, LPAS/ELAD and other in-house administrative tools to administer access rights within applications.

* Maintaining high levels of personal productivity by actioning and resolving customer requests in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements.

* Administration of Active Directory, Mainframe/RACF, NTFS File System, LPAS/ELAD and other in-house administrative tools are used.

* Management of new starts in the business, Change of User ID and internal mover processes, ensuring staff have the correct access to perform their job whilst meeting audit/approval requirements for that said access.
