ASIC Design Engineer - West London

This is a sterling opportunity for a Digital Design Engineer with a background either in ASIC or FPGA development to join a household name in electronics.

Located on the outskirts of West London, our client is one of the world's leading tech companies which is connecting people and things the world over. They are looking for the very best in Digital Design talent - someone exceptionally bright, innovative, with a proven background in VHDL or Verilog design to join their team developing next-generation networking ASICs / FPGAs for high performance internet routers.

In this role not only will you be responsible for the architecture and RTL implementation of next-generation digital designs, you will also be analyzing, designing, programming, debugging and modifying software for embedded systems. This is a multifaceted role offering a significant technical challenge and unlimited scope for technical career growth.

Required:

You will have an exceptional academic background with a degree from a leading University in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related topic (1st class or upper 2nd class minimum). A strong background in digital design for ASICs or FPGAs is also essential; you might have a few years' experience in industry, or have recently graduated; our client is looking for a number of people from junior to senior level. So long as you have the academic credentials, can solve tricky problems, enjoy being intellectually challenged and can prove your worth as an ASIC / FPGA Designer, our client will want to hear from you!
