Title: Junior Project Manager-Customer Support - Mobile/Web Projects
Location: Bristol
Salary: c£18k (flexible - depending on level of experience)
This independent digital and design agency in the centre of Bristol has a range of prestigious clients from blue-chip to innovative online start-ups. Due to strong growth, they are looking for an assistant project manager to help their team of designers and developers to create and service the complex websites they build for their clients.
Key responsibilities
-Take inbound client and other calls/emails, initially routing as appropriate but in time dealing with client queries and support issues yourself
-Helping the project manager to manage their web designers and developers to ensure new website builds are delivered on time and to the very high standards we expect
-Managing smaller client projects from beginning to end and ensuring that invoices are raised correctly
-Becoming an expert in their bespoke content management system so that you can provide day to day support to existing clients, as well as training new clients with new websites
Skills and experience needed
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially on the telephone
-Literate and articulate with very strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Able to prioritise/re-prioritise 'on the go' and manage stakeholder expectations as a result of any changes
-Task-focused with a strong drive to deliver projects to our very high standards and continue to provide our clients with excellent customer service
-No specific experience of any content management systems is needed but you will need to be comfortable with technology
-Experience within the web, digital or publishing industries would be of added interest.
