Senior Site Manager - Schools - Crawley and Tonbridge

Salary: £60 000 - £70 000

A top main contractor are looking for a senior site manager to join the education division of this growing part of the business. My client are on the EFA framework for schools in the Thames Valley and East Sussex area and are looking to add to their team or expert site managers. There are two new build schools projects based outside Crawley and Tonbridge both in the region of £12 million which require a site manager who will be reporting directly into the contracts manager for the region. My client are a growing main contractor and have grossed the second most successful bids in 2018 - a great deal of which in the education sector. To the successful candidate is the opportunity to join a growing business working on large scale new build school projects in tandem with the EFA framework and the opportunity to progress into Project/ Contracts management with the sheer demand of projects.

Please ensure you match the following criteria before applying;

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First aid certificate

* Reside in the South London, East Sussex or Surrey area (due to the nature of future projects)

* Must have experience working within the residential sector

* Must have experience managing sites at least up to £10 million
