Project Planner - Construction - West Midlands

£45,000 - £55,000 plus benefits

Project Planner/Senior Planner required for a national construction company who are looking to strengthen their team across the West Midlands. Projects include student accommodation, schools, commercial offices and healthcare.

Skills Required:

* Tender and on site planning experience

* Experienced in the use of Asta Powerproject

* Minimum 3 years planning experience

* Experience working on a variety of construction projects

* Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry

What you'll be doing:

* Working on preconstruction and live projects

* Reviewing tender documents/drawings

* Prepare detailed programmes

* Prepare method statements

* Carrying out site visits

Qualifications:

* Experience of working in a Planning role for a main contractor essential

* Degree/HNC/HND in Construction advantageous
