Change Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join a dynamic and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead during and exciting time of our companies' development. As the successful Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing the fast paced change boards, following operation processes and managing major incidents within the technology and change services.
The Change Manager will be used to working in a quick, commercial environment and have the ability to look at the bigger picture of both projects and products. You will have a full understanding of both the project and change lifecycle and boast fantastic communication skills allowing you to work with all levels of seniority.
Key skills needed for the Change Manager:
* Previous experience within a Change Manager position that also implements aspects of Major Incident Management
* A fantastic understanding of both the project and change lifecycle
* An ITIL qualification
* Great attention to detail and the ability to look at the bigger picture
* The ability to work with stakeholders and all levels of seniority
* An understanding of Cloud and Web services
