Office 365 Training & Adoption Business Change Lead

Location: London

475 - 525 per day based on experience.

My client is seeking a Business Change Lead to join an IT Transformation at a London Insurer. They are seeking an individual with experience of training, communication and business change skills to roll-out Office 365 to 3,000 users.

Required background:

* Similar change management exposure (adoption) with Office 365

* Change and specifically, culture change management knowledge and experience, combined with a pragmatic and commercial mind-set.

* Track record in delivering successful change projects and supporting major organisational change.

* Experience of, and commitment to, continuous organisation improvement and the ability to act as a change agent.

* Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, particularly senior stakeholders.

* Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, team and organisational) deadlines.

* Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
