Having built up a reputation within the construction sector as an award winning developer, specialising in luxury residential properties. They are now looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join the team and help continue their expansion.

In this role you will be overseeing an Assistant Designer and a Design Engineer. You will be working as part of the Technical Department on Evaluations, Architectural and Engineering designs. You will also be responsible for gaining planning permissions and approval for Section Agreements.

THE ROLE:

*Oversee the evaluations, architectural and engineering designs

*Responsible for gaining planning permissions and approval

*Visits to sites around the North West - Liverpool to Lancaster

THE PERSON:

*House building background

*Knowledge of gaining approval for Section Agreements

*Experience of Land Appraisals and assessing Highway, Drainage, Environment or Engineering issues
