Credit Risk Manager

Unsecured Lending Portfolio Management - Birmingham

This leading bank is growing their Birmingham based Credit Risk Analytics function, and is currently seeking an additional senior Credit Risk professional to join their team. The role will take responsibility for leading a small team of Credit Risk Analysts providing analytics solutions around customer acquisition and risk scorecards.

The wider team provides solutions for all unsecured lending, and this role will focus on their Cards products. Experience working on cards solutions would be beneficial, although candidates with any unsecured product (or secured product experience) will be considered.

The team you will be leading will have a mix of SAS &/or SQL skills, and so it would be beneficial to have had previous experience with one of these tools, however in the role, your hands-on time with these tools will be limited. The majority of this role is around strategic direction, people management and project planning to make sure major portfolio management projects are delivered.

This is an exciting time to join this bank as they continue to invest in infrastructure and new product development. For more information on the role, and to apply, please contact Ben Halfpenny on 0161 817 7805 or via the Apply Now links below.
