A key client for Nigel Frank is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide Microsoft technology support to a wide range of clients, internal staff and associates.
They are looking for someone who has between 2 and 5 years experience in supporting clients with Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange, Windows AD, Windows Azure, Office365 & Lync environments. It would also be beneficial if the candidate had Microsoft Certification (MCPMCITP), knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies or Microsoft SharePoint or experience.
This role will have the following responsibilities:
Client support incident analysis
Client support incident resolution
Managing client support call escalation
Client support call management and reporting
Creation of Virtual Machines using Hyper-V
Physical server and desktop builds
Facilities management
Maintaining company backups
Maintaining internal hardware
Internal staff IT support
Internal documentation
Active Directory maintenance
Antivirus housekeeping
