Are you a Project, Contracts or Site Operations Manager with knowledge / experience of rope access looking for a highly varied role with an industry leading building services and consultancy company?

On offer is a Site Operations / contracts manager role with this industry leading consultancy who specialise in testing and compliance for built structures. As part of a 2 person team you will be responsible for operational management and budgetary responsibility for a range of projects. You will be involved in assessment, estimations and tenders and have direct input to project delivery.

This company have been established for over 20 years and are going from strength to strength with continued expansion and a packed order book are looking for an additional ops manager to join the team.

This role would suit a Project, Contracts or Site Operations Manager with experience or knowledge of rope access, looking for a varied role as an operations manager for an industry leading building services and consultancy company.

The Role:

*Primarily Office based role, significant visits to site required

*Site Operations management for building inspections and Maintenance

*Assessment, estimations and tenders

*Budget responsibility

The Person:

*Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Ops Manager

*Rope Access knowledge / experience
