Are you Qualified Gas Engineer with team leading experience looking to manage and grow your own team of engineers within a company who are leaders in their specialist field?

In this role, you will be working a field based role in Boston and the surrounding areas leading your own team of qualified engineers, the running of day to day tasks and ensuring all of their high quality standards are met.

With over 350 engineers under their belt, they are a leading company in their specialist field. Set for huge expansion, they are seeking a Team leader with valid gas qualifications to lead their growing teams of skilled engineers helping to contribute to their vision of great growth.

This role would benefit a Service Team Leader looking to work for a reputable and fast-growing company where you will be responsible for building and managing your own team of engineers.

The Role:

-Leading a team of qualified engineers to manage day to day tasks and ensuring all high quality standards are met

-Assist in the training and development of fellow employees, apprentices and trainees

-Plenty of overtime available allowing you to dramatically increase your earnings

The Person:

-Qualified Gas Engineer with some team leading experience

-Looking to work for a fast-growing and successful company in this specialist industry

-Driving License
