Highly successful engineering business in Cardiff, is urgently looking to expand its workforce with the inclusion of a Technical Business Analyst. This is a newly appointed position caused from company growth, where you will be required to work closely with C-Level Stakeholders to create a high-level product roadmap and maintain a prioritised product feature set. Moving on to liaise with the Software Development Team, ensuring the requirements are followed.

You will be the connection between company stakeholders and software development team, taking responsibility for the following areas;

* Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner / Manager within an SME level business.

* Experience in command, control and/or electronic monitoring systems.

* Being the 'Middle Man' between Stakeholders and the Development Team;

1 Defining and maintaining the product development roadmap

2 Requirements Elicitation

3 Validating and verifying requirements before development phase

4 Agile Scrum - User stories, sprints, scrums

5 Translating specs from committee into detailed product specs.

6 Create & maintain product requirement documentation.

7 Help with proposal writing.

8 Assess value, prioritise features to align with product roadmap & strategy.

9 Providing regular feedback to Development Team and continuously helping them improve their process.

Experience with product development of both embedded software and web applications will be highly desirable. Along with experience of relational databases.
