AX Support Analyst - £40,000 - MS Dynamics 365 - Merseyside

Fantastic position at an end user in the North West for an AX Support Analyst to get hands on with a D365 transformation project. Initially you will be working on their current AX2012 systems ensuring all applications are supported and requests are acted upon seamlessly. You will then receive cross training into D365 and gain certifications.

This is the ideal opportunity for anyone looking to gain genuine exposure to D365 (something that is often only really available in the Partner channel) at an enterprise level end user. It is important that the best possible candidate is matched with the position, so we are looking at a starting salary of £40,000 with a bit of flexibility depending on your own experience + the aforementioned Microsoft certifications.

What are we looking for?

* Commercial experience supporting Dynamics AX functions across multiple modules

* Someone with a strong analytical background to give input at the early stages of a transformation project

* Being a team player and responding to ad-hoc requests is essential

* Microsoft Dynamics Certifications would be beneficial

* It is essential you have experience within the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering to support

* Any exposure to D365 would be excellent.
