Python Developer in Test, Contract, Cambridge, 3 months, £42/£48 per hour.

Have you got experience working in a safety critical environment? Have you developed automated test frameworks in Python for an embedded system? If so you may be interested in a role with my client, a leading consultancy in the Cambridge area.

They are working on a highly sophisticated piece of robotics kit and are looking to add a contractor with strong python testing who is from an embedded background to their team to help with integration testing on an embedded platform.

They are using complex state machines, so somebody who has experience with those or a good understanding and ability to quickly get their head around what they are doing would be very advantageous.

This is a python testing role, so prior experience with python is essential, however they look for people with a developers mindset, to help design the tests. Does this sound like you?
