IT Support Technician - £18k - £22k + Benefits Package

IT Service Provider

Amesbury, Wiltshire - Travel required to Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to join a growing IT service provider situated in Amesbury, Wiltshire. This role will involve daily commuting to client sites around the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire area.

Our client is looking to employ an enthusiastic individual to join the IT team to provide remote, telephone and onsite support to all clients - Maintaining/installing/configuring IT equipment and networks. This is a new role due to growing demands.

All candidates are required to hold a valid and clean driving licence and have access to their own transport.

Skills / Environment

IT Support - remote, onsite and telephone

Maintaining, monitoring and upgrading networks, servers and IT equipment

Installing / supporting software

Excellent customer facing experience

Full clean driving licence and own transport - ESSENTIAL
