Looking for a Service Architect with expertise in both microservices and containerisation to join in delivery for a key client in the middle stages of reviewing designs on cutting-edge technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Service Architect will support the operations team in addressing complex operational technical issues and be responsible for technical aspects of a live service, ensuring service levels are achieved. The Architect will further review and impact assess any changes affecting a live environment and own the technical roadmap for the micro-services components of a live system, presenting technical aspects of the service to the client at regular service delivery meetings. The Service Architect will maintain expertise in the Systems, understand their infrastructure, technical requirements and participate in modification group meetings to inform impact on the live system if required.

Required qualifications

The successful candidate will be a Service-focussed Solution Architect (Service Architect able to review designs, assess relevant technologies, next steps, prioritise, etc.) with essential expertise in both microservices and containerisation. Key Technologies of interest would include azure cloud components, Micro-services and other cutting-edge technology.
