1st line / 2nd line / Support Engineer ideally holding SC Clearance based in Liverpool.

You will be working with the team to deliver on either 1st line / 2nd line Support

Have a knowledge and understanding of Windows 7 & Microsoft Office suite

Assist the customer on their helpdesk (50%) Work alongside the teams in line with the call queue and SLA (50%)

Manage and maintain the customers print solution - Proactively Manage supplies / supply levels for customers printing solution Work towards resolutions in line with the customers SLA Provide customer service to external customer using a consistent approach Good understanding of IT Service desk experience
