Service Desk Analyst - Bristol - up to £25,000

The Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the 1st point of contact for customers. You will be expected to provide technical support whilst displaying excellent customer service skills.

Your Responsibilities

The role would be varied, but the general responsibilities would include:

* Taking calls from customers and other stakeholders

* Providing technical support - owning tickets through to resolution

* Escalating issues that cannot be resolved

* Assisting senior engineers with software issues

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this position will ideally have the following skills, experience and qualities:

* Strong customer service skills

* Background in technical support

* Good troubleshooting skills

* Experience with Windows Server

* Experience with Skype for Business/Lync
