SThree are currently hiring for a number of Placement Support Consultants to join our new office in Glasgow City Centre. If you have experience working in compliance, onboarding, recruitment administration, business support, or similar, then you could be the Placement Support Consultant that we're looking for!

SThree are an industry leading recruitment organisation who provide permanent and contract staff to clients across various STEM sectors. SThree is made up of 10 specialist brands (including Huxley, Progressive, Computer Futures, and Real Staffing) and we employ over 2,800 staff in 16 countries. We are currently embarking on an exciting venture to set up a new Shared Services Centre of Excellence in Glasgow City Centre.

What will you be doing?

We are hiring for a team of 9 Placement Support Consultants to join SThree's placement Support Team, who act as the main link between our recruitment business, clients, and candidates. As a Placement Support Consultant, your duties will include:

* Ensuring that we have compliant / correct right to work documents for all our candidates

* Creating and issuing contracts via docusign for our contractors

* Checking T&C's, rates, dates, hours, etc., and ensuring that details are correct before releasing paperwork

* Regularly liaising with SThree's Recruitment Consultants, our clients, and our candidates (over phone & email)

* Using SAP and Excel on a daily basis

What Skills / Experience should you have?

* Experience working in a similar, process driven role (e.g. onboarding, recruitment administration, recruitment support, compliance, contract administrator, visa administrator, etc.)

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

* Good understanding of T&C's in general, preferably with previous experience of analysing contract terms

* Good excel skills

* Experience using SAP (preferred)
