An award winning multi-million-pound technical company that specialises in the provision of a wide range of solutions is looking for a technical support engineer. This is a forward thinking business that will expose a technical support engineer to a wide range of technologies and the latest releases of Microsoft and virtualisation technologies.

Location: Leeds, just off the M621

Role

* Working with a variety of clients that range from SME to Enterprise companies

* Support Microsoft desktop and in particular server operating systems and applications, storage and VMware

* Project work that can include deploying application, server, and storage solutions

Requirements

Worked with the below core technologies in your role:

* Microsoft/ Windows server

* VMware and/or Citrix

* SAN/ storage technologies e.g. Dell EqualLogic

* Backup: Veeam/Backup Exec/Zerto

* Office 365

* SCOM, SCCM

* SQL

* Technical support of large, enterprise level environment (ideal)

* Implemented and supported a range of infrastructure technologies in a Windows/ Microsoft environment (ideal)

* Client facing experience would be beneficial

* Any experience with Cisco networking would be beneficial

It will be essential that all applicants are eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid driving license. Any offers will be subject to passing a DBS, financial and reference checks.
